Fly Tying Program 2007 to 2008

For this seasons tying program we are going to run two courses effectively at the same time. The two groups will be split into a ‘Beginners Group’ and the second an ‘Intermediate Group’

The programme will be over 14 weeks with a break in between for Christmas and New Year.

The idea again is to develop your techniques so that you will be able to tie most flies.

The course program is only a suggestion and should anyone want to learn a particular pattern or skill in tying then we will try and accommodate them.

The course will cover trout, salmon, grayling and bass patterns.

Thanks Mark and Alun setting up the 2007/2008 Fly-tying sessions.
The level of tuition is excellent and prepared to help you out if you get stuck.
The program that Mark showed us was very interesting and has promised to teach techniques to enable the attendees to tie any fly they may come across. I attended most of last seasons lessons and got a great deal of pleasure out of it. The banter was good and cheerful as usual.
Thanks again for setting up the class.
If any of you out there and have the slightest notion of wanting to tie flies why not come along. You won?t be frighten in any way but you will be given all the encouragement.
