A good day out was enjoyed by 9 of us that braved the hot difficult conditions on Sunday at Llandegfedd Resevoir.

The weather was not brilliant sunshine but was very warm with occasional periods of over cast cloud.  When the cloud was there the fish were up when it wasn,t they were down.

All methods caught from pulling bright lures to fishing buzzers.

The point is however that a relaxing day with plenty of banter was enjoyed by all.

The winner was Martin Hayter who had 4 fish for 8lbs 6oz and the runner up was Graham Anthony with three fish for 6 lbs 4oz.

The biggest fish however went to Mark Waters with a fish of 2lbs 8oz.
