During the last couple of days of April Gwilym Hughes and Louis Noble came to fish both Ty Mawr and Llan Farm as guests of the Society.

 Gwilym agreed to allow me to video him for a short time so that you could all benefit from watching his style of fishing and view some of his flies.

This beauty weighed about 2lbs 8oz and was a cracker of a fish caught off camera during his first couple of casts in 6" of water with the fly shown on the video.

He caught several fish that day from 3/4lb to this beauty of 2 1/2 lbs but lost two bigger fish when he was smashed.

All the fish caught were returned safely as Gwilym is of the opinion that such fish are to valuable just to catch once a point that I totally agree with.
