Gwent Angling Society

This years winter fly tying class will start on Monday 21st November 2011 at Ponthir Village Hall at 7pm until 9pm.  The event will run each Monday until the end of February 2012 and will cover a broad aspect of tying skills and styles and discuss how those flies should be fished and in what conditions.  The cost of each session will be £8 as last year and includes materials. 

For those who have never tied a fly you are as welcome as those who have been tying for years. We will have spare vices and tools to get you started and each week will be run by fully qualified instructors.  We hope to see those who have been before and welcome anyone else who fancies a go at this fine art.  Please register with the event if you are interested in attending.  You must me logged into the website to register.
